We woke up twice at 5:00 AM to try and witness this place (the first time, no cars were available to get us there). In the end, it was hella worth it. 

If you ever find yourself up in Udon Thani in the north of Thailand (from December to February), make sure to stop by here. And come early because the lotuses close up by the afternoon! Sunrise is ideal.

Because it just is. There are so many snacks we wouldn’t find out in the US or Europe (not to mention 7-11 in the US is NOT a place you’d want to visit).

- Ham and Cheese Toasties (we can vouch for this, they are a little comfort food that we occasionally like to indulge on), plus they toast them right on the spot

Friends be out there buying houses, excelling in careers, and having babies and here we are eating bugs here in Thailand 🤣.

Did we hate it? Not really. (Well we didn’t try the really juicy looking ones)
